1. Introduction

SpecFormSuite (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a curated digital platform for workplace transformation, specification, and solar energy solutions. The platform connects users with third-party suppliers, installers, consultants, manufacturers, and service providers (“Suppliers”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Platform Role (Introducer Only)

SpecFormSuite acts solely as a discovery and introduction platform. We:

  • provide curated showroom environments and specification tools
  • facilitate introductions between users and Suppliers
  • enable project enquiries and matching

We do NOT:

  • provide installation or construction services
  • supply solar systems, materials, or equipment directly (unless explicitly stated)
  • act as agent, broker, or contracting party for Suppliers

3. Contractual Relationship

When a user engages a Supplier via SpecFormSuite:

  • The contract is strictly between the user and the Supplier
  • SpecFormSuite is not a party to that contract
  • All commercial, technical, and delivery obligations rest with the Supplier

Users must review and agree to Supplier terms before proceeding with any engagement.

4. Supplier Responsibility

Each Supplier is solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of quotations, proposals, and specifications
  • Product and service delivery
  • Installation quality and timelines
  • Compliance with applicable laws and standards
  • Warranties, guarantees, and after-sales support

5. User Responsibility

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information
  • Conduct their own due diligence on Suppliers
  • Enter into contracts directly with Suppliers
  • Confirm suitability of products and services before purchase or installation

6. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Although Suppliers may be featured or curated, SpecFormSuite does not:

  • endorse or guarantee Supplier performance
  • warrant product or service quality
  • guarantee project outcomes, performance, or savings
  • accept liability for Supplier actions or omissions

7. Payments

All payments are made directly between the user and the Supplier.

SpecFormSuite does not:

  • process payments on behalf of Suppliers (unless explicitly stated)
  • act as an escrow service
  • manage invoicing or financial transactions

8. Pricing, Installation & Delivery

All pricing, installation timelines, and delivery terms are set by Suppliers.

SpecFormSuite is not responsible for:

  • delays in supply or installation
  • variations in pricing or quotations
  • site-specific conditions or constraints
  • project execution outcomes

9. Warranties

All warranties are provided directly by Suppliers or manufacturers.

SpecFormSuite does not provide product or installation warranties and accepts no liability for defects or performance issues.

10. Disputes

Any disputes relating to products, services, or contracts must be resolved directly between the user and the Supplier.

SpecFormSuite does not mediate or arbitrate disputes unless expressly agreed in writing.

11. Information Disclaimer

Content on SpecFormSuite is provided for:

  • guidance
  • specification support
  • comparison and discovery purposes

It does not constitute professional engineering, legal, or financial advice.

Users must obtain independent professional advice before making final decisions.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, design systems, and materials are owned by SpecFormSuite unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

13. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • misuse the platform
  • attempt to disrupt functionality
  • submit false or misleading information
